"Troubles of Not Ready to Consume on Receipt"
As a Kimchi beginnr, the continual fermenting process on receipt of the items are troublesome. It is inconvenient to keep them in correct room temperature, and not sure how it might affects the products. As a result, I had to discard the two jars as I have no reassurances that the products are safe to consume. Customer service is excellent - efficient and effective. It would have been better if the products were ready to consume on receipt without troubling to manage the continual fermentation.

On the 5th March i ordered kimchee for £30.24 and this amount was taken out of my account under the name of ''Mr Kimchi''. On the 5th April i get a package of kimchi which i did not order and £24.34 was taken out of my account under the name of ''Yoon Global Ltd''. I phoned the contact number and a girl answered but poor english led me to becoming frustrated because she wanted my order number but how can i give an order number if i never ordered it in the first place!!!! She put the phone down on me so i had to contact my bank, and change my card. These people have tried it on with me 2 years ago by sending me invoices 2 months after i had already paid them. This is the last time i will ever use them. Please check your bank accounts!!!!!!!!!!!
Have just had a phone call from 'she' who does not speak good english and she dared to say that they cannot take money out of my account because they don't have my card but she forgot that i had to give my card details when i bought in March, so she lied once again. And then she laughed in my face and said ''have a good day''. These people don't give a damn what you think of their non existing service.....they only want your money.
