The insurance for our house in Italy was due for renewal. I contacted Clements to see if they were able to provide a competitive quote, which they duly obtained from Victoria Ass’.
Barbera the senior client officer was so helpful from the start. There was a lot of data/ photos/ info she/VA needed from me. Communication was clear, as was attention to my bespoke requirements. Her perseverance with me and VA within tight timelines enabled me to consider leaving the insurance provider we had used for the last 5 yrs. The VA policy we have is now bespoke as opposed to a standard policy designed as one fit for all - there was also a reasonable saving on the premium.
Barbera was efficient, professional and friendly throughout. I’m glad we were able to get a result and switch via Clements with her assistance. Thank you

"Best prices and best customer service"

Besides offering the best prices—including that of going directly to the agency partner (in my case Vittoria in Italy) the customer service was outstanding. Francesca was my very patient salesperson. I don’t know if that’s the proper term as she was so much more than a salesperson. She was very patient in explaining the different policies to me including add-ons and what may best benefit me. We went back and forth multiple times—And finally when the car dealership I used had questions she spoke directly with them multiple times. ( I loved and appreciated that she herself was able to communicate with them in Italian ensuring there was no confusion).
The dealership who recommended Vittoria directly was in serious doubt on how Clements could offer such a low price and be legitimate, even went as far as to call their own representative at Vittoria who was also incredulous. Alas, in the end I got the coverage I needed at an incredible price.

In all no complaints and would definitely use again and again!
