"Brilliant company"

Brilliant company. I ordered furniture and beds online. I was kept informed throughout the process.
When I telephoned Furniture Market, prior to delivery, regarding a small enquiry, the phone was answered immediately (which is almost unheard of nowadays) by a friendly, professional member of staff who dealt with the issue promptly.
On the day of delivery I was contacted and provided with an exact time as to when the goods would arrive. Goods subsequently arrived on time.
Furniture and beds are all of an excellent quality and well worth the money.
I paid to have the beds assembled and I've got to say Dave and Stuart did an excellent job and were both friendly and considerate as were Warren and Stuart who delivered an item separately.
Customer service is so good and the company is extremely reliable.
I honestly can't recommend Furniture Market enough and happily give them a 5* plus rating.
Would definitely use again.

The guys that delivered were great . They were polite. And as it said when I ordered my piece off furniture, they took it to the chosen room . Which was difficult as it was upstairs and my stairs are narrow and awkward 😅. Im very impressed and definitely order again from The Furniture Market

The delivery was made so competently. The furniture item was placed where we requested and put together and the packaging removed. Both gentlemen (Rob & Will) delivering the item were incredibly friendly and professional. The whole delivery took not long at all and we have a lovely new shelving unit exactly where we want it. A very positive experience.
