"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. Do not trust this store! They are not replying to emails or facebook messages. After 8 days they sent the order, no message within the package but still not dealing with my actual issue in that the item wasn't 40% off as advertised. I have paid $250 instead of the 40% off price and they are refusing to reply to me. I would like to return it as I can't afford that price but I'm worried if I send it back I'll never see my money again. Would be great if they could get back to me - honestly the most terrible customer service. I've tried calling too and the call is getting rejected.
