Purchased 4 VFD's a little over a year ago.
When recently putting these items into use, 2 out of 4 were defective,
This company doesn't feel the need to replace even though they carry a 2 year warranty!
However upon inquiring with Teco, it was disclosed that this particular model was discontinued in 2015, so in effect this company is selling stale dated items.
So needless to say not very impressed at all.
Perhaps inquire prior to purchasing anything what their warranty/ replacement policy is?

Although the delivery of the order was fast, they made a mistake in one of the parts.No problem with that, mistakes are always part of the job. They accepted their fault and stated that they will send the correct part at no cost. 1+ month later, nobody responds in our mails, as nothing ever arrived....
Edit: almost 2 months later, the correct item arrived
