Fraud. We have booked tickets from India to Mexico and then to US during pandemic. We cancelled the ticket, since we got NIE approved. We didn't get the refund amount. Avinash is the one who contacted for tickets. We are trying to reach for the past 8 months, still now he is not attending calls if we call from our number or replying for e mails. We tried from different number, he attended n he said he will refund. But next time he didn't attend call from that number too. Still now we didn't get the refund. He said 10% is the cancellation charge. We have booked tickets for Rs. 3 Lakhs. It's a huge amount. So beware of the fraud.
