"Totally disappointed with this company"

Totally disappointed with this company! I brought a muzzle with good faith, I followed the size guides, however upon arrival I quickly realised this muzzle wasn’t suitable for my little dog after making adjustments as it dragging across the floor then hitting her in the eyes it was still the same, so I asked if I could return and didn’t get a response so I returned anyway assuming it would be a swift exchange as return details were on and in the box, however I was then informed of the no returns policy once they had the muzzle back which had not been mentioned at point of sale or at all.. I would have not brought this if I’d known as it’s a huge risk, I’ve now wasted a lot of money on an item that’s unusable.. the whole experience has been nothing but stressful and upsetting for me.. I’ve offered solutions which would suit both parties perfectly and I’ve been totally ignored multiple times. in my experience this is very poor customer Service.. this review has been posted on their Facebook page, which is still pending approval so clearly also getting ignored 😞😞 updated to reply to the response - I did ask if this could be returned and I was totally blanked, as I said a returns address was on the box id assumed it would be a quick turn around, I was made aware of the no returns policy AFTER the muzzle was back with yourselves, it wasn’t mentioned before. The solution I offered so a part refund of 50/50 which I think is more than reasonable because currently I’m at a total loss.. and this review is based on my experience with this company, I’ve been left in the lurch with no explanation, no response and no money.. sorry to hear about your nana but it takes two seconds to get another colleague to message me for an update 😀

I never said the quality of the item was poor either it’s just not right for us.. please don’t tell me I’ve not done positive reinforcement with my dog you know nothing about my situation with Ruby and I came to you for help, so thanks for that..

Great company, Michael and Rosi are working around the clock to make this work and everyone I know who have bought a muzzle are extremely happy with their product.

"Profiteering"

Yet another company jumping on the band wagon, screwed by stupid politicians with their ridiculous wide scope on so called XL bullies now companies like these profiteering at £160, yes £165 (been a craft tradesmen for 30 years, so I really know the price of most materials) for a muzzle and £70 for any alterations what a total rip off. We WILL NOT be continuing with our order. Shame on you !!! Replying to your comments.

It is about letting others know about their experience with a seller, hence why it is call a review. We are at present talking to a company who's product is antimicrobial resistant and very similar to your handmade but at a cost of just £48 so yours at £165 is very expensive and excessive which people need to know. I will not be replying to you anymore.

The product I stated previously is also handmade with the materials mentioned tailored to order similar to your own but at a 3rd of your prices with any alterations at p&p only, and you are not profiteering??? Any companies success is demonstrated by time in business, let's see if you are still trading in the future.

Muzzle fits my dog perfectly and is really well made. My dog has always hated muzzles but this one doesn’t seem to irritate her at all. 10/10

"First time muzzle user!"

Received my dogs first ever muzzle a few weeks back. The process and help I received in making sure I gave accurate measurements was simple and straight forward, a very stress free process.
I was very excited to receive the muzzle within a few weeks of placing the order whic looks amazing and is great quality.
I have now started the muzzle training with my boy. I was also glad to see some training tips on the Pawfect Fit FB page. Really really helpful 👌👍

"Magnificent Muzzle"

From the start of our enquiry to receiving our muzzle, the service has been amazing. There were certain specifications that we needed to have as our dog is such a scavenger and is currently recovering from his 6th surgery after eating something that got stuck in his tummy. We also wanted to make it look colourful, it definitely ticked all of the boxes. The guide on which measurements were needed to be sent was very easy to follow. Also this muzzle catered for our dogs massive pant, he has room to breathe and not be stressed in the slightest, this proves that a made to measure muzzle is the absolute best. This was certainly not the case with the many muzzles we have previously tried that we have bought from a pet shop. Thank you Pawfect Fit for making this whole process an easy one, the only negative is that I wish I had found you sooner.
