I have used World Options for over 3 years now and I have always received fantastic customer service from them. I must give a special mention to Warwick and Shirl who are very proactive. They have a good choice of carriers with delivery options to cover all your needs. The prices are cheaper than dealing directly with the courier

We have experienced a few issues with parcels going missing, and incorrect charges being applied by various carrier companies underneath the World Options banner. You have always acted promptly to resolve any problems and generally sorted them out to our satisfaction in a timely manner
