I have used Tom at Pioneer for two of my cars over the last few years. Both were slightly more complicated as they involved refinancing (Audi A5 and BMW M440i both from main dealer). Without fault, he managed the whole process on both cars, keeping me up to date via email / WhatsApp throughout. He was always available for quick questions and went out of his way to minimise the effort needed on my side. I will be using Pioneer for my next car and I’m sure the ones after that as well.
