প্রথমত আমি 1000fix Service Center কে অনেক ধন্যবাদ জানাতে চাই অনেক ভালো সার্ভিস দেওয়ার জন্য। হঠাৎ আমার ল্যাপটপে Blue Screen Problem এ এক বন্ধুর পরামর্শে আমি 1000fix service center যোগাযোগ করলে তারা আস্বস্ত করে। সেখানে গিয়ে আমার সমস্যার সমাধান হয়েছে। সবথেকে
বেশি সাহায্য করেছে Front Executive Sudip Kumer Datta দাদা। I would like to thank specially to front executive Sudip Kumer Datta Bro for his cordial help. কিছুদিন ব্যাবহার এর পর লিখছি 1000fix Highly Recommend!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

আমি 1000FiX Services থেকে অসম্ভব ভালো একটা সার্ভিস পেয়েছি। আমি ভাবতেও পারিনি বাংলাদেশে এরকম ভালো আইটি সার্ভিসিং প্লাটফর্ম থাকতে পারে। গত সপ্তাহে দূর্ঘটনাবশত আমার মাদারবোর্ডের CPU Socket এর কিছু পিন ভেঙ্গে যায়, আমি অনেক যায়গায় যোগাযোগ করি, কিন্তু কেউই আমাকে আশার বাণী শোনাতে পারিনি। সবশেষে হাসান ভাইয়ের vlog থেকে আমি 1000FiX এর কথা জানতে পারি। সাথে সাথে ওনাদের অফিশিয়াল মেসেঞ্জারে মেসেজ করি এবং আমার প্রব্লেমের কথা জানাই, তারা আমাকে আশ্বস্ত করেন এমনকি আমার বিশেষ প্রয়োজনীয়তার কথা জানালে তারা একই দিনে Socket চেঞ্জ করে দেয়। আমি সাত দিন ব্যবহার করে তারপর এই রিভিউ টি করছি। মাদারবোর্ডটি আগের মতোই কাজ করছে। I would like to thank specially to Tarek Masud Bro for his cordial help. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED 1000FiX !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10 out of 10! They supply the original Parts and do the professional servicing... I bought the 6GTPY Battery for my workstation. The Battery is working fine and happy with a one year service warranty.

"Bad experience in Chittagong branch and poor service..."

Chittagong branch stuff needs to learn proper customer service & manners. I entered the room and waited, no bother to speak to me or tell me what to do. I went to the ticket booth and took a ticket and waited. No one said nothing even though there were no customers. I went to speak to the representative, then he told me to sit. I told him My mob is turning off suddenly can you please take a look and see the problem. He told me he can't see what the problem is, rather he will send it to dhk head office, they will see the problem and do what is needed and for that I need to pay 300tk extra. I told him I replaced my battery 3months ago in mirpur branch they only took battery charge nothing more. He said 3 days will be needed. I told him I have only 1 mobile I can't wait 3 days without my mobile, If I buy the battery from your site, can you please replace it, it shouldn't take more that 10mins. He refused - he will do nothing here, he will send it dhk. Since he was not cooperating I refused to take service

Later I brought the battery & took it to local mechanic, he replaced the battery within 15minutes.

if he looked at the mobile he could easily find the problem with the battery, just a change of battery will solve the problem. Simple task but your representative ( if a local mechanical can easily find the problem and solve it, why is it that 1000fix services representative can't ? )

I even called the branch the day before to find out if they had my battery, he said he didn't know bcuz he is front desk guy. I told him please find out because if you don't have then there is no point me wasting my time and money going to your branch. He said he will call me later. But he never called back.

So overall service is 1/10. 1 because of your token system. Other than that the worse service ever.

I was impressed with mirpur branch service that is why I was expecting same service in Chittagong, but unfortunately it was very poor service. I will not go there again. My local mechanic is much more skilled and we'll mannered.

It's a shame.
