The staff at Touch of Ginger are just fantastic.

I ordered the kgb orchid candle deals like other on here, and also had problems with the candle count....after phoning them, they organised dispatch but it didnt arrive....after speaking to 2 different staff members during the course of the week, a member of staff then kindly took it upon himself to personally organise the dispatch and delivery for me, sending it overnight.

I was very impressed with this company, all staff there were friendly, helpful and patient at all times....(I'd love to work amongst this professional and fun team!)

They went above and beyond the call of duty for me, therefore I happily recommend them to anyone.

I give 5 stars even though I received 3 candle holders instead of 9. But a phone call put this right and the extras were delivered the next day. Thought they were well worth the equivalent of £1each as very pretty and safe, but would not have paid 3 times as much. But customer service was brilliant! I shall look at site for other gifts.
