Orbit's online system is great. It was easy to search for what I wanted. Simple to to order and pay for. The option to pick up from my nearest store made it convenient for me as I don't have anywhere for the delivery to be left when I am at work. The item was ready to collect within a few days of placing my order. My only criticism is that I didn't receive a notification that the item was ready to be picked up. I just happened to stop by the store to ask and it was there waiting for me. Store staff were really friendly though and said they would have notifies me later that day. So will give them the benefit of the doubt this time 😉
Would certainly recommend this option though.

"Still waiting for my "pending" order"
Just as the title says, I'm still waiting for my order for the past ~3 weeks, which the status is still "pending". What really annoys me is that my card was already charged for the purchase, and yet the order is still "pending" :(

After emailing orbit fitness the order was received promptly!

"Reasonable delivery cost"
Happy with the cost of delivery, but I selected the option of leaving the goods without a signature as I knew I would probably not be home. It wasn't put on the parcel so took 3 days longer to arrive. Maybe don't make it an option if you aren't going to relay it to the courier? I also was never given a tracking number so couldn't check when my delivery would arrive and have still not had a reply to the email I sent requesting one.
