"High quality and unique"

Bennett Winch caught my eye about a year and half ago, and I’m so glad they did!

By looking at the quality and function of each product, you can tell the entire production process is done with the consumer in mind. I’ve purchased multiple luxury leather goods from the big brands over the past 10-years, and slowly I’m starting to replace it all with Bennett Winch products. I feel a true connection to the brand, which you don’t experience with the big houses (in my opinion).

I had the opportunity to travel to from the United States to London a few months back, and a visit to the Bennett Winch flagship didn’t disappoint. The store manager was inviting, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in why I was attracted to the brand. I happily left with the large watch roll in black.

My most recent purchase was a card holder, a small but exciting new piece to add to my collection. The timeliness in shipping the products oversees is amazing.

I will continue to add more Bennett Winch pieces.

This is such a gorgeous, well-constructed, luxurious bag. The look is timeless and the quality seems like it should last forever. It was presented beautifully in a gift box, tissue, and a card. Shipping to the US was timely. Opening the package felt very warm and personal. I couldn't be happier with the leather carry-all.

I have over time acquired several BW products. I am an admirer of the style and quality they produce. It is refreshing to have a piece I know will last forever, never go out of style, and look better with time. On occasion I have reached out their support team to ask questions about a product prior to purchasing and they have been quick to respond and provide pertinent feedback. I will be a life long customer.

"False claim made on the website"

Further to a review in which I gave them 3 stars, I've just discovered the claim they make about their trifold suit-carrier being fully IATA carry-on compliant is false. Their published dimensions: 47x58x6cm. IATA compliant dimensions: 56x45x25cm. The difference is small but the claim is unacceptable. An airline would be within its rights to consign your Savile Row suits to the hold, or make you pay more. Of course, you would always have the option of abandoning your flight.
