"Avoid!"

Switched from ecotricity and wish I had never even looked at the website. The worse customer service I've come across, unagreed DD increase which has left me unnecessarily in credit. Can't wait to leave. LoCo2 also managed to seemingly increase my unit rate despite me being locked into a fixed tariff......says it all!

"Change Provider - it's so easy !"

No it wasn't and it will be the last time I change - how I had £329 taken from my account as my first direct debit payment was just ridiculous. It then took me ages to be able to rectify this error which was no fault of mine - not good.

"Prices OK but website lacking"

Most other energy providers have a proper website account where you can login, review your bill, check your current balance, etc. Loco2's website is really lacking - you can submit meter readings and pay, but not know what your current bill is. Disappointing compared to other providers

"Don't get trapped - avoid them if you can!"

They debited my account with double the agreed direct debit amount with no warning, and then blocked my switch to another supplier when I decided to leave due to their rubbish service. Awful and contradictory advice from their customer service.

"Worst of the Lot"

Been with them for several years but now I am having problems and they are terrible to deal with.

Noone answers the phones at customer service and emails take about a week to respond. Inaccurate bills, engineer visits booked for wrong days multiple times.

Avoid like the plague. Worst energy company I have ever used.

"Very happy so far"

I've been a customer with Loco2 for the past ~9 months and don't have any problems with the electricity supply or with customer service when I've needed to call them. They were one of the cheapest providers when we used an electricity price comparison site. Pretty happy with the company and will likely stay with them until we move, then will have a look around again.

"Don't go near this company"

I gave been with LOCO2 for a number of years and they have been good. Now they are one of the worst company's to deal with, they do not phone you back on their answer phone system.
I have built up a credit of £1400 over the last few years, trying to get. £1000 back, I have been told it will be credited to my bank account, not had it after 14 days, you simple cannot get through to them, and they do not answer your letters. Please, please don't go near this engery company they are for sure now one of the worst company's to deal with, I really fear for the future of LOCO 2
