"Terrible Customer Experience "

At least I received a product but it was not customized as advertised and promised; however this company DID print THEIR web address prominently on the front tail of the jersey which looks terrible, was not advertised, not expected, and NOT WANTED! They admitted their error but only offered 50% on my “next purchase” as an accommodation. When I declined that offer and asked for a return shipping label and replacement, they stopped communicating. I want to return it for a full refund but I do not trust Family Gater to refund my money, much less the shipping incurred to return it. I deeply regret the purchase and would NEVER purchase from them again. There are various clues in their communication that indicate this company may not be what they represent in their description. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them at all. They have not, and now I know will not, correct their error.

Pleasantly surprised to not only get this quickly but the softness that was maintained even after I washed it. Comfortable and Lightweight but not see thru. It’s perfect for our trip. It can be worn buttoned up or left opened with a T-shirt underneath. Still looks cool! The color is perfect as it’s not bright like other Hawaiian shirts can be. Got him a Large and I’m glad I did as I think the XL would’ve been too big and boxy looking. Hubby loved it!!! Looks great on him!!
