"Snabb leverans"

Snabb leverans, även om det tog tid att få ett besked. Dörren var hopplöst svår att montera, annars smidig att montera. Kunde önska sig lite bättre högtalare för 19000:- Blir snabbt var ett verkligt plus!

"I feel compelled to write again after…"

I feel compelled to write again after speaking and emailing with their representatives today. (After my 1-star review from yesterday). Our experience with Luxway has been an absolute disaster and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. I have only written 3 reviews in my life, and I feel strongly to warn people here because the saunas are very expensive and living in Sweden, you need one that works. We received our infared sauna in April 2022. We used it maybe 20 times. When our infrared sauna stopped working in summer spring of 2023, we contacted their customer support numerous times by phone, all throughout throughout 2023. We hired electricians to test power into the room - everything was fine. Despite lengthy discussions with their representatives, they failed to provide clear guidance on the warranty process or explain what steps we needed to take to protect our rights, or offer anything useful.

Now, Luxway is claiming we only began contacting them in January 2024 (by email), completely ignoring our extensive phone calls in 2023. We gave up on their ineffective phone support in January and switched to email, only to have those emails ignored since February 2024 when asking about warranty again. Despite repeated follow-ups, Luxway has neither responded nor offered a resolution until today! And they want us to pay.

What makes matters worse is their lack of a proper help desk system to record or track customer interactions. This negligence forces us to spend unnecessary time obtaining call logs from our telephone provider just to prove our case. This feels like a tactic designed to drag out the process until warranty windows expire—1 year for the product and only 6 months for parts—leaving the customer with no recourse.

On top of this, Luxway is now refusing to honor our word of when we contacted them, or warranty, and insists we pay for a costly control box replacement without offering evidence that it will even resolve the problem! (their email says: The price of the control box is 3595:- + 95:- shipping. Do you wish to pay this directly with swish or a pre-paid invoice?)

They suggest assumptions and causes like "power surges" while ignoring the possibility of defective parts, leaving us to bear the cost of their guesswork.

To make an already terrible experience even worse, one of their associates yelled at me for leaving an honest review about their poor service and poor business practice. This unprofessional behavior further demonstrates that Luxway is more focused on silencing dissatisfied customers than actually providing solutions.

Luxway Nordic’s complete lack of accountability, poor record-keeping, refusal to honor their customers, warranty, and unprofessional customer service have made this an exhausting, costly ordeal. We feel cheated and strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

Today, they have pointed conveniently pointed out their terms to free them from any wrongdoing after dragging this out. (from them: You can read more about this in our Terms of purchase that was accepted when you bought the sauna).

BOTTOM LINE:

Spend your money somewhere else! We sunk 35,000 SEK with them + electricians + time + insane levels of frustration. Read the other 1-star reviews because we all have experienced dishonesty from this company!

"Möjlighet att prova IR-bastu "

Hade funderat på att köpa en IR-bastu men ville prova en först Det var så jag hittade LUXWAY på nätet
Vi bestämde oss för en av deras modeller
Det var snabb leverans och förhållandevis lätt att bygga ihop
Nu njuter vi av härliga bastrustunder flera ggr/v
