I worked with Elisabeth Mullen for our ski trip to Steamboat Springs, never having worked with a travel agent, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Elisabeth was spot on with understanding and finding just what we needed. The whole experience was seamless, from the start. Elisabeth saved us money, hassle and stress by advising that in Steamboat a rental car was not necessarily, and she was spot on. The shuttle service in Steamboat was amazing. Elisabeth also presented us with several options for our lodging, explaining the pros and cons of each. We would have never figured out by on line searching why one place that stated 100 yards to the ski lift at one place, was not the same at another place stating the same thing, but Elisabeth was very familiar with these locations, and was able to tell us which was the easier access. Elisabeth gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, and contacted us days before our trip to make sure our flights were on time for our shuttle service from the airport to the condo. We will most definitely use Elisabeth for our future planning of our ski vacations.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip! Steamboat was exactly the type of place we were looking for. It was a winter wonderland, food was delicious with so many options, a lot of things to do, so lively. Truly a great experience and destination. I don't think we realized how wonderful of a little town it was when planning. We were definitely a little nervous there would be not enough to do for nonskiers but that was absolutely not the case. We didn't even spend much time downtown this trip either, so there is still a lot left for us to explore there.

The rentals were easy, the ski lesson was excellent, the transfer was easy. All the employees in all of these different services were so helpful and kind. We can't say enough about it. It seemed a little overwhelming at first, but it really was quite self explanatory and everything was much closer than it seemed on the map as well. We will 100% be doing a return trip next year, and will definitely want to stay at the same resort. Elisabeth's help and planning was seamless and so helpful and every detail felt like it was taken care of. She was patient with us as we tried to navigate this new destination with a group that had varied interests and needs, and really took care of everything. We will 100% recommend you to any one we can, and can't wait to work with you again for next year.
