"Had an online offer of £173"

Had an online offer of £173, then notified almost a week later that phone had bad scratches and something wrong with the colour? so offered £60, I take care of my phones with screen protectors and covers! I sent back to vodafone who said there were no problems what so ever and sold privately for £250, they claim to offer a 24hr sale which was a load of croc as nearly 10 days I had to wait, disgusting service. !st and last time I will use an online company

Prompt reply (sorry mine wasn't as I was on holiday) though I would have expected a little more cash but it's far better than the phone languishing in a drawer or going to landfill.

Absolutely brilliant. Have always sold my old mobiles through MAZUMO but was not happy about the service they provided and stumbled across Rapid Phone Buyer who were efficient and top class all the way.

Received the postage pack the next day and sent this off with no trouble and received an email 24 hours later. They reduced the offer due to a problem with the screen but only reduced it by £12 whereas MAZUMO offered £105 less. MAZUMO definitely trying to pull a fast one and have since seen a number of reviews saying the same thing so lost all trust in them now. Rapid Phone Buyer all the way from now onwards...

As other reviews have stated, I sent got on online quote of £156 for my phone and sent it off. I then received an email saying that there was a problem with the screen and that there was some slight image burn on a white background and so received a revised estimate. Unlike with some other companies, if you choose to reject their revised offer, you have to pay a £10 administration fee.

I emailed back an asked for pictures of the faulty screen but received no response.

Whilst they were very amicable on the phone, they did only up my offer to £145 when I phoned as a goodwill gesture.

To be clear, I have traded in every phone I have ever owned (every 2 years) and I have never had one revised - I keep my phone protected with screen protectors and shock-proof casings.
