Went to collect an item of le creuset for my son for his birthday. It was ordered for collection. Staff were very friendly and gave the advice needed and were really passionate about their family store and items. I came away actually feeling like I was a customer that was listened to and had had a personal shopping service. Fantastic place. Can’t rate it enough.
