"Excellent and fast service"

We have been working with TiTechnoligies team for approximately 3 years now. I am personally an IT specialist, working 10 years as a service and project manager and have seen both good and bad performance for outsourced services. TiTechonlogies is definitely one of the good ones.

First they helped us with our former e-commerce platform OS Commerce, but soon they recommended moving over to Magento, which we did with them. It has been working really well for us.
Especially when some urgent problems or new requirements have come up, they have been working hard and fast to get these fixed. We have been communicating via email and Skype and I always get prompt replies to my enquiries.

Ever since we moved over to Magento we have had approximately 6 hours downtime on our website in 16 months' time and the only downtime was due to a server side networking issue and not related to TiTechnologies.

Overall we have been very happy with working with them and I would definitely recommend them.
