Apple wanted £590.37+ VAT just to look at my MacBook Pro with a blank screen… Richard agreed for me to bring it to him after 5pm, at first glance of the laptop in my hands identified it as a 2017 model and told me exactly what the issue was before he’d even touched it, then did a simple test to prove he was correct (which of course he was) went on to share lots of impressive information on the situation. Then on understanding the urgency of the repair agreed to work late (for a very small additional “express service” fee) to get the laptop repaired for the following day.

I mean, wow!
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service, product knowledge and speed like this.

Richard should be a millionaire and charging x5 what he does!

11/10 couldn’t have asked for more and feel guilty he worked so late to get this done for me.

Will be using him for all future repairs and recommending to everyone! Brilliant guy!
