"My go to company for spare parts 10/10"

I'm a range cooker engineer based in Nottingham and over the years I've used many different parts suppliers, some of whom are now dissolved! Every order I've made with SpareParts4Cookers has been spot on! The delivery is fast and always well packaged, the products are genuine and you just can't beat the price. The customer service is also great with 1:1 service available even outside of office hours! Highly recommend to anyone after spare parts for their cooker.

"Only 30 Day Warranty!"

I purchased an new cooker ring from them at the end of January, but it failed only 10 weeks after purchase. I contacted them and explained, but their reply was that because I purchased through eBay it was past the 30 day warranty. Having checked on their website they only offer 30 days even if you purchase direct from them. All they offered was to purchase a new one at full price, and send the faulty one back for a 50% refund if they agreed it was actually faulty.
At £5 postage cost that would still leave me £15 out of pocket. Don't use this firm if you expect any useful gaurantee
