I have had lots of turning blanks from you and they have mostly been very good unfortunately this time 1 of my blanks didn't arrive and although I rang and told you it still hasn't arrived

I used the web site to place an order. From the dropdown menu I chose "7mm pen". I was sent something else. When I rang, I was told if I paid to send the wrong item back it would be exchanged. Sorry if the software is faulty why should I pay to return wrong items?
Happy to say that Turners' Retreat have replied to my comment, and I accept their apology.
