Darren at Bayliss stood out from the other builders we had in to quote in converting our cellar. Essentially he did the whole job from start to finish where many others were only willing to do parts. He discussed the various options and gave us a competitive quote. During the work, he kept things running as smoothly as can be expected and when we did meet bumps in the road dealt with them efficiently. When you dig down 4 feet into the house foundations it's amazing what you uncover! Darren also dealt with the Building regulators and the structural engineers and worked with them so we obtained our building regs. The difference between a large mouldy low roofed mould growing cellar to the largest room in the house has been transformative, freeing up space for the children and giving us much needed flexibility in the house. it has also added value to the property. Most importantly, Darren is still contactable after the job is done and will visit us again in 6 months to review the works and make sure everything is as it should be. I would recommend Darren and Paul and the team if your looking for an all in one service.

"I would highly recommend this company , I had them sorting all the Damp and mould issues I was having. They did an excellent job, the plastering was perfect and they kept everything clean and tidy throughout. I also got a Guarantee for the Damp proof course which is great because I contacted 2 other companies and they did not offer this. Very reasonably priced.
