"Nothing to loose but weight"

All if the Bodyline staff are very experienced, caring and helpful. They helped me loose a lot of weight that I just could loose buy going on other diets.

"Suspicious clinic"

Lovely nurses. Had a very rude receptionist/person on 2 of my visit, made me feel I did not belong on this planet, much less their clinic. I demanded a refund as I refuse to use them again. Made a complaint against the person who was nasty to me and yet to receive a reply in writing. I would advise people to avoid this clinic. Something is not right!! I just feel uncomfortable with them.

In simple terms it does not work what they are giving you is Emphtamines which is basically speed which comes with a lot of side effects and other serious health risks. Don’t do this to yourself you can lose the weight with a healthy diet these pills made me gain even more weight in the Long term

I was using bodyline before the coronavirus pandemic and I wanted to use them again but they now have a remote service for delivery at home which is £8.50 pricey still but worth it to not have to attend the clinic in these times but I've now been made aware that they will also charge an extra £20 so £28.50 for one month if you want it remotely... Clinic cost for one month is £80.00 and at home is £108.50.... How disgusting is that when clearly people are in difficult times financially.. And surely a remote service would keeps operations down... This company have increased prices drastically over the years...preying on people's insecurities with weight that make them keep coming back which is why they put the prices up... I hope that customer sales have decreased....if someone that was furloughed received 80% wages then they lost 20% so that could have been their disposable income and bodyline increase the monthly cost by 35.5% absolutely disgusting even removing the high delivery fee its still an increase of 25%.... I think they need reporting to cqc or whoever the watchdog is for that industry.

"DO TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS"

I attended an appointment yesterday, whereby I was told by your nurse I couldn't recieve any of the treatments available apart from the herbal tablets because my BMI was 26. I drove over an hour for a 2 minute consultation. Why this couldn't have been said over the phone and before paying £65 , I dont know.

I was then told I will receive a refund and taken to the reception, whereby the refund couldn't be issue because there was no wifi, then there was wifi but I still haven't recieved my refund.

I think this is shocking and to make it worse I've tried contacting them numerous times over telephone and email, only to find out they've blocked my email address.

I would think very seriously before committing and giving your bank details to these people. Day light robbery/scammers and they make it look professional.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the Bodyline clinic, I’ve lost 3 stone and counting since January, I’m half way through my weight loss journey, I never thought I could achieve these goals with such ease and within this time.

The professionalism of the staff and service have been second to none, even during the pandemic the service has continued to be outstanding. They operate a safe, nonjudgmental, friendly and streamlined service.

Bodyline in Stockport is amazing! The staff are kind, it's always spotless and the products work - can't recommend enough! I've almost reached my target weight and I couldn't be happier x

I have used the Warrington branch numerous times, and I cannot complain with the service I have received every time. The reception staff are very warm and welcoming and the nurses are supportive and informative. The products defiantly work too- would highly recommend.

I attend the Stockport clinic and am always made to feel welcome and no question is too silly. Can’t recommend them enough - especially the nurses at the Stockport branch :)
