Communication was excellent. They understood our deadline and said they were able to complete in time. However they were not. They were so late and I gave a little bit of wiggle room knowing shipping issues and delays are out of their control. However we ended up having to gather a team to pull a few 20 hour shifts in order to create on our own from a local vendor.
I tried for months to reach someone to get a refund and nobody seemed to care or put me in touch with the correct person. I kept getting the same automated response. I even called my rep who set everything up in the beginning. Continued to get the generic I'll pass it on.
Awful and horrible experience. If you're unable to complete by a deadline then don't accept the order.

Extremely efficient very detailed amazing follow up and communication on everything. No rocks left unturned. If you’re not satisfied most likely your own fault. One very minor packing issue it was an overseas issue next order fixed beyond my expectation.

Ordered uniforms for a girls softball team. After spending $3,000 for shirts, pants, hoodies, socks, belts, hoodies, and shooter shirts, as well as parents apparel, the order shipped over 8 weeks late. When received everything was wrong, wrong sizes, wrong names, poor quality, and half of the order was missing. It is now October and the order was placed in March. Order is still not filled, they have shipped 2 separate reorders as they call them and they have also been wrong. Salesman hasn't spoken to me since they were paid and you speak to a different rep every call. It's a shame they would take a 12 and under ball teams money and still not make it right...You have not idea how many times I have called and how many lies have been told to cover them...pure shame....

Please please please read all reviews on BBB’s website before utilizing this company. Placed an order in June. Never received it, and I’ve been waiting almost a month for my refund after I was finally told that there is a delay at the factory. I can write a book on my experiences. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I’ve lost my patience and the lack of or seriously delayed response has only served to escalate my feelings of being taken for close to
$200 by Covcare
I’m horrified reading all the bad
reviews I found on line.
I’ve patiently waited over 5 weeks for ten N95 masks and have gotten the same lies as everyone else who wrote Poor reviews.
1 We have them in stock
2 They are shipping this week
3 They are shipping next week
4 We will put you as a priority.
Unfortunately I ordered an additional ten and paid the 25 percent premium to ensure expedited delivery.
I assume I’ll get the same response everyone else who complained got saying to contact covcare so they
can “further investigate”.
Here’s an idea for the “owner” ....ship my orders and
STOP putting it back on your
customers to continue to contact you after you took our hard earned money.
I’ve placed feedback on the Better Business Bureaus website as well.
The ultimate insult Is the email I received from the company just last night showing A picture of the Shipment they “ just received” so I would think they have these items in stock. I emailed them back stating that it was exactly the same photograph theY used in an email from two weeks prior
