the gentleman Michael was good, the last time we ordered the same product it was horrible, I had called several times left messages & emails to no avail, left messages for her almons on a daily basis could never reach her. I believe her name was Sam. The salesperson for this order Michael was a pleasure to work with, communicated with updates. the first order took months, this order within 2 weeks! thank you Michael.

Experience was wonderful per usual, my only suggestion or comment would be to have slightly better communication on ETA for product availability. Waited quite some time for this product and felt like I had to be the one to follow up/chase down information. But again, we love you guys and this one of the first times it has happened! otherwise great experience!
