I had a lot of questions and concerns with the Aetna plan I chose due to the fact that my current insurance with UHC ( that began on April 1st) was inadequate because my doctors, hospital, and meds were not in network. Sally answered all my questions she was very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate.
I’d like to thank her again for being so attentive to my needs!!
