Taken 2 monthly payments. Only allowed me to download one slide. The website contact and support page does not work. Raised a dispute with my credit card company.

Update - I was wrong. Account set up in a different email address. Prompt response received and refund. Great work and thank you.

Download buttons did not download on any device but counted towards my download limit
Clicked the contact us button and it didn’t work, so not able to ask for help
