Nikki, who oversees school recruitment in the Lambeth area of London, was superb. She was effective but not intrusive, asking always if it was a suitable time to talk. This would be welcomed by other staff. She was very supportive in rearranging an interview and gave me the contact detail of the school so I could build a rapport before going for interview.
