Took 2 months to get samples (which were different btw from what you see on the website both in terms of look and size)
One of the products finally shipped was very different from what I ordered so I asked for a refund
Being ghosted since 6/12/2024 on the refund

Writing this review in the hope of finally getting a reply, anyway the service is completely crap

Worked with Yael of Monday to create some cool Christmas packages for the company employees. She was very helpful, responded quick and clear. The packages arrived way before the deadline and looked better than the pictures!
