Worst service and support I have ever had! My mother pays duocom.es €10 a month to contact her sister in England and daughter in Australia. International calls have been blocked or just dont work. The only reason my mother bought this service was to contact people abroad which is what the service is supposed to allow! Tried contacting duocom.es via email, they send a MOBILE number for us to call the reseller!!! No answer anyway from this MOBILE number! In any case, why should we be spending our money on calling mobile numbers to fix a problem that is caused by the company? Pathetic and just so typical of Spain.
