Hice un pedido y después de 26 días sigue en Burgos en el centro de entrega, le escribo y solo me dicen que siga esperando.
Son malísimos!!! No recomiendo esta página para NADA.

"Son unos estafadores"

Son unos estafadores , no recomiendo a nadie esta página. Hice un pedido de un producto y en el historial del pedido vi que era otro totalmente diferente.. intenté contactar a con ellos una hora después de hacer el pedido y su respuesta fue que la marca que yo he pedido y la que me están enviando son de la misma empresa, les envié el modelo que yo necesito y me dijeron que tenía razón que no coincidía. Les pedí que me cancelen el pedido o que lo cambien y pagaba la diferencia y me dijeron que esperara unos días.. claro cuando les volví a escribir ya era muy tarde y según ellos ya mi pedido estaba de camino y no se podía hacer nada . Son unos ladrones , no encuentran soluciones a sus errores ni a sus clientes. El producto que yo pedí lo tienen en la página con varios títulos de diferentes marcas , de ahí el error . Dicen que si el pedido todavía no ha salido del almacén podrían solucionar algo pero te hacen esperar un par de días para hacerlo y luego te dicen que ya no se puede . Esta página es un fraude , no la recomiendo para nada . Un sitio donde no te encuentra ninguna solución es mejor que ni exista . Una pena

"Scam of a company"

I ordered a bearing from a dishwasher and 2 bearing pads for 34€ including delivery.
I then checked my bank account the following day and there was a further 24€ taking I then got an email to say the bearing pads were out of stock and would be delivered when the return into stock. and then the next day there was 12 € gone from my bank account from them this site is a scam with no where to ring customer service they have an Irish website .ie which they are not I have contacted there enquiry line via email and was told it would be up to 72 hours before they return which in itself is a joke and I am well past that now with still no word. I have contacted there “quick chat” and no response from them either I have had to cancel my bank card for fear of more unwarranted transactions by this fraud of a company. Please stay away. And my order number is OH85168101 before some one from there company decides to come on and say this is an invalid email as they have seemed to do with others that have complained about there appalling service on this site.

El día 19 Enero realicé mi pedido. Pagué el método de envío express en el que se incluye el número de seguimiento. A día de hoy no he recibido ningún número de seguimiento al igual que no he recibido el pedido. Por favor, necesito respuestas. Gracias

Company is a joke. Ordered a part in October as it was in stock to then be told it wasnt. Then told it will be delivered 11th November, then told end of November to then be told "do you still want the item? If not cancel and go somewhere else!!" Still in waiting in January, no reply to any email and their live chat never works. Avoid this sh*those of a company. Just taking peoples money as per every poor review on this page.
