26 días ha tardado en llegar. A los 23 días llamo y me dicen que igual no ha llegado porque la localidad no estaba indicada y que diera el pedido por perdido. Pongo una reclamación para el reembolso y 3 días después llega la pieza. Unos fenomenos

Absolute shambles!!!
Placed an order for next day delivery,paid and surprise surprise,no delivery.
Got onto them and they made up some cock n bull story about a warehouse problem and it would be with me the next day and hey no no delivery yet again.
Back onto live help and told another pack of lies about the item being faulty and as it was now the weekend I had to contact them on Monday,unbelievable!
So order cancelled and now obtained elsewhere and also cheaper.
Avoid this lot like the plague,I guess I’ll get a copied and pasted reply from them saying how feedback helps them improve but I’m not interested.They have now also tried to delete my review saying it isn’t relevant to potential customers when it’s more than relevant as it points out all the problems I endured.

Pues la verdad que la experiencia no ha sido muy buena. Primero las imagenes del articulo no se coresponden con lo que te envian. Se lo hago saber envianloles la informacion que me solicitan y me dicen que ese articulo no es compatible con mi electrodomestico segun su especificacion. Me envian las etiquetas de devolucion. Me vuelvo a poner en contacto con ellos y les indico que en su pagina web pone que si que lo es, a lo que me responden que si que es compatible y que lo puedo usar. No entiendo nada...
