I entered a competition to win various prizes from small business for my baby daughter. Thankfully I won and Mr Pickles was offering one of their dolls as a prize. I recieved exceptional customer service. After organising delivery etc on instagram, they messaged me to check I had recieved my order with no contact from me and then when I hadn't because it was a little late (due to coronavirus most likely) they went to the post office to double check everything and track it for me. I thought this was really lovely as most people just send items off and forget about them. I have received my order today and I really think it is the cutest little kitten doll - my daughter loves it. The packaging (kitten had it's own little bag and suitcase with love hearts in) and handwritten note were a lovely touch, much more special than it would be buying a doll from a big commercial store. Would definitely recommend and will be shopping here for presents for my family and friends. X

It is hard to come by such a kind and talented human being. I fell in love with a Mr Pickles Softie Kitty that Lee created. When I purchased her it was right at the beginning of the world pandemic. I reside in the US, so unfortunately my Softie Kitty was lost in the mail shuffle of a world trying to figure out what was happening. Lee quickly responded with the offer of replacing my entire order. Of course I ordered some extra clothes and gladly paid the difference. He gave correspondence at every step which was a huge help. I could not be happier with my new Softie Mr Pickles Kitty that I have named Sophie. Thank you again Lee!!!

We have 2 members of the pickles family now, one Rabbit and one Guardian angel and they are both stunning. So beautifully made! My girls absolutely LOVE them as do I. They are such a joy to receive, from the moment you open the box, they're snuggled up in a drawstring bag which really makes them feel special, then when you open the bag it's just so lovely to see the amazing quality and attention to detail that goes into them. These are truly made with love, and such a wonderful thing to own!

I ordered a ‘Softie Pickle Rabbit’ for my niece, and it is just adorable, beautifully handmade and like nothing you will find elsewhere.
The extra little touches that came with her are lovely (including her own little suitcase with sweeties inside).
Lee went over and above to get me just what I wanted, with lots of friendly communication.
You just don’t get online customer service like this very often.
I have a strong feeling I will be back to buy more before long!
