Segunda prenda que compro en GOI. Encantadisima, llegan súper rápido, te alegran el día y se ha convertido en mi prenda favorita.

"Bad quality & poor costumer service"

Can't recommend it. Poor quality items. Sizes of sweats and hoodies are always different (ordered a couple of times and always cam in different fit) and the first time you wash them they'll shrink at least by one size. The seams tear open quite easily too.
Customer service is not too easy to reach and it takes ages for them to respond even when they messed up your order.
All in all, not worth it, especially not the regular prices without discounts + EU shipping.

Tuve problemas con el primer pedido por el volumen de pedidos en rebajas, pero me dieron un envío gratis y me devolvieron todo el dinero, además de las disculpas.

I made and order and paid shipping, the GLS never rang my dorbell even though there was always someone at home, the shipping track doesn’t work, it says the shipping tracking number doesn’t exist!
I have contacted the costumer support with no reply.
Please help, I have no way of getting my order
