I Googled 'music/Carleen Anderson' and choice your listing as it read ok to me, your stok of her CD's was more than I expected, ordering was easy, prices ok, delivery as you said it would be = happy customer. And you follow up has been good too but not bough again as yet, but probably will.

"Packaging didn’t hold up to transit"

The purchase was easy and delivery time was good considering Covid and the distance to Australia. However I want to suggest that you consider some sort of stiffened protection for the albums during transit as my receipt of the album and singles was a disappointment rather than the pleasure I’d hoped for. This was because the package was clearly bent regardless of the fragile stickers and when I opened the carton I fully expected a broken vinyl. This wasn’t the case but it did cause a crease and rubbing to the album cover, which is not ideal when the artwork on the cover is part of the reason for buying the album and I plan to display mine in art frames.
I COMPLETELY understand that this issue is not of your making but I would ask you to consider some sort of stiffener to insert in your long distance packaging to safeguard against this type of poor transit care.
