"Fantastic quality and service"
I'm a local professional photographer and have been using 1st Cameras for the past 14 years to print all of my studio and sports photos and also all of my school and nursery orders and the quality and service has been second to none. The staff are always polite and really helpful and always get the jobs done on time no matter how busy they get.
As far as quality of prints is concerned, you won't find better. I used to pay a lot more for my printing at another professional print lab and when I compared the same photo printed at both labs the difference was substantial! It was at that point I transferred all of my work to
1st Cameras.
The shop has also recently expanded their photo gifts range which are great for my business and also very well priced for the general public to pop in and get their own photo put onto slate, acrylic blocks, mugs and purses etc.
1st Cameras win awards annually for their print service and knowing how stringent Fuji are, they do not give awards out easily!

I have used 1st Cameras regularly for over 12 years and have always had good service. It's great being able to the lab staff and the knowledgeable front of house staff. Their print prices are excellent.

"Non existent customer services"
I ordered a camera from these guys. Order had an estimated delivery date but no tracking details. I waited until the estimated delivery date had elapsed and then contacted them.
I was provided with proof of delivery signed by someone I had never heard of. No problems so far.
I explained to them on return that I had been away on honeymoon, thus a break of 15 days in communications. At this point they seemed more interested in telling me about the time that had elapsed than chasing their couriers. Having not received any updates from these guys I took it upon myself to chase the couriers. As expected, the couriers simply asked for the sender to make a claim.
I forwarded this information to 1stCameras. I have e-mailed them three times to make a claim. I have been completely ignored.
As this is an amazon partner, and not amazon itself I cannot file a claim directly with Amazon.
So, these guys have sent a £200 package with a courier that is notorious for poor performance (just check the trust pilot link review for City-Link). When the package was predictably lost they have all but ignored me, even when I have spoken to their courier and confirmed that all they, as the senders, have to do is file a claim. Terrible customer service

"Excellent, smooth and quick delivery"
I was looking for a camera bag to fit my laptop for a long time so I ordered a Lowepro Compuday 150 bag this weekend. The bag arrived quick and smooth within a couple days. Packaging was good and the bag was well protected. 1st Cameras will definitely be one of first places I'll check out for my next purchase. And most importantly the price was better than any other place I checked. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for great deals.

"Something Rare These Days - Wonderful Customer Service"
I bought my first DSLR kit from 1st Camera in Feb 2011 and had no problems whatsoever. However, last week, on a shoot my Nissin Di866 Pro Flash developed a fault, where only the pre-flash was firing. I thought the flash only had a 12 month warranty, but on speaking with 1st, they informed me that it was 2 years. Wonderful.
As I am about to go on a two week photographic holiday and really need the flash, 1st told me to return it to them and they would send the replacement out to arrive at my first destination so I won't be without it.
Communication and general customer service has been top-notch - thank uou.

"fantastic if all equipment worked"
i got a full 3 rig lighting kit which has worked amazing ive got to say but the trigger that came with it didnt work so i had to buy a new one an expense i could have done without. so amazing equipment and price just a shame i had to spend money to make it work.

Having successfully knackered the memory card reader on my precious D700, I was put in the perplexing situation of having to entrust complete strangers with its repair.
In the end I opted to go with 1st Cameras, and just hoped they would do a good job. THEY DID, and now I have piece of mind in knowing where to send my camera if I knacker something else. Hopefully that won't be too soon :)

This is a excellent company to deal with very easy to order via their website, I have only ordered paper from this company and cannot find any faults at all.
