"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service. Placed my order 20/08/2018 and qualified for FREE next day delivery. Two days later I received one part of my order (the name tags). Emailed 03/09/2018 querying the rest of my order (needed something to put the name tags on!), the reply I got was just a copy of my order (Thanks but I remember what I ordered!). Emailed back and finally got an " order dispatched " email. No explanation why it was so delayed, no apology! And to top all that, the blouses I ordered for my daughter fit ok but if she does the top button up she can no longer breathe! Such a shame, was hoping for better service especially as most of the uniform I bought eco-friendly. I won't be back.

Excellent service and quality of clothing. I struggle to get my 9 year old son school shorts as he is very tall for his age & is in age 13-14 clothes. I tried various high st retailers but none fitted. School Uniform shop were perfect. I had to order 2 separate sizes but returning was very easy & my money was refunded very quickly. Highly recommended & I will be definitely be returning again.

We had a problem with one item, but the person on the phone was so friendly and helpful, and the free return label was so promptly emailed that I felt I'd had a much better experience than if the item had been right first time! Had a great first experience buying from the school Uniform Shop. My sons new school needing Grey shirts which are really tricky to find anyway!! luckily the school was great in pointing me in your direction. Simple to use site and fast efficient delivery we are all set for September. Now I just need to name it all.
Will be returning to the site for the next size when he grows a bit more!!!

I have bought as much as I have been able over the past years from School Uniform Shop bearing in mind that some things just have to come from school shops i.e. clothes with school logos and specialist kit.
I have found that School Uniform Shop have an excellent, well priced selection. They even have slim leg school trousers for fashion conscious teenage boys - those were a definite life saver for me.
Items I have bought have all been main brands, most are exactly the same as what is on sale at school shops but with keener prices. Quality is good and I have never had a problem with things being out of stock. Delivery is very reasonably priced and swift.
Sadly my son is moving into the 6th form now and I will probably be unable to buy much more from School Uniform Shop. I now have the joy of him choosing his own clothes for school!

I bought 2 pairs of slim fit trousers as that supposedly is the fashion and my son is 6ft 2 with 34inch inside leg and it's really hard to find school trousers to fit but I came across good old trutex which I remember from my schooldays and I am really impressed with the fit and the quality and will definitely be buying more

I buy these waterproof jackets for Bowling Club members in my County so must have bought hundreds of them,some of our members like them so much they have them in a few different colours. I always buy them from School Uniform Shop for the following reasons: they are the best price of anyone else selling them, easy to order online with fast efficient delivery and on occasions that I have had to ring up the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.
