Please speak to Royal Mail. I requested my parcel be dropped at local post office twice! Twice they tried to deliver it to my home address, despite my online request as I was at work. They the did not inform me that it had gone to my local post office and I didn’t know until I checked tracker. I was then 5 days late with next dose. Otherwise happy x
