Excellent experience from initial phone call requesting help( diameter/height of product etc). Shop staff ( Gold Coast) went to extra trouble in measuring actual height of product. As a result I ordered online( I’m a couple of hundred Ks from any Drummonds store) and received the product in excellent time from Victoria.

My gift card wasn't delivered within the timeframe advertised and I had to call to chase this up.

However, when I spoke to the Drummonds Customer Service staff member to communicate my issue, she was excellent and provided immediate assistance and helped to resolve my issue within a reasonable timeframe. I think it was more of an AUS POST issue, unfortunately. Very happy with my Drummond Gift Card and Drummond Service once I reported my delay in receiving the posted gift card.
