The actual delivery was beautifully packaged but took 10 days to arrive. As it was meant to be a thank you gift to show recognition of a job well done - it looked like I had forgotten or ordered as an after thought

The recipient of the Nina Ballerina doll from Everything But Flowers was delighted with the quality of the gift. However her parents were concerned that the package was left in the foyer of the apartments where anyone could have picked it up. Wouldn't it have been a better idea to drop a card in the letterbox to say they had called and been unable to make a "signed for" delivery? The online tracking appeared to show a signature on delivery, which turned out to be the delivery man/woman's! Fortunately the package was not taken by anyone else - no thanks to the deliverers.
