Alison in the shop is a real asset to the shop she is so friendly and helpful. The delivery arrived within the time slot and again the delivery men were polite and friendly.

It was great to support a local business. The service was outstanding, from discussing options for a new washing machine on the phone with Alison, to the delivery and installation. Phoned on Tuesday to order and it was up and running by Thursday lunchtime. Had a query with the warranty after the delivery/installation team had left. The query was answered quickly and efficiently on Blaines website’s live chat function. Have used Blaines in the past, and will definitely be using them again the future. Highly recommend.

Our washing machine died just before the Easter Weekend. Visited Blaines as they are local and also had the best deal around. I explained what had happened to Gavin and he spoke to the delivery team to arrange same day delivery. I certainly don't think we would've got the same service anywhere else and we will be back when we are needing another appliance for our home
