I ordered my fireworks in October for New Year's Eve, noting on my order that I am hearing impaired so can't use the phone. I also noted that I was going to be out of the UK until December and was concerned they might be delivered while I was away. Steve contacted me promptly by text and assured me that they would hold my order until I returned to the UK. A few days after arriving back to the UK Steve texted, and emailed me, to check I was back. A couple of days later my fireworks were delivered safely. I haven't used them yet but, if they are anything like the service provided, they are going to be spectacular.
