We went to London for a Tottenham game and I was a bit scared that it was a scam. The Tickets came a bit late - 12h before the Game.

But the staff replyed to all my Messages via WhatsApp and in the end everything went fine.

Bought a ticket for the Rangers v Eintracht Frankfurt Europa League final. Have never used the secondary ticketing market before and given the cost of tickets was nervous about doing so, but fear of missing out got the better of me!

Can't fault the service Football Experience provided, received my electronic ticket within a couple days of UEFA releasing them. I both spoke to and exchanged messages with the vendor using their WhatsApp and found them to be responsive, receiving replies within half an hour of getting in touch.

I've rated the experiece as 4* which to be honest is more to do with the cost of the ticket and which I think is a UEFA problem around how it distributes them (I paid £1,400 including admin fee which is very expensive, but at the lower end of what I've seen other sites advertising).

Based on my experience with them, if you're prepared to pay the price, I found the vendor to be reliable and would use them again.

At first I was a little worried if I would receive the tickets on time but everything worked without any problems. The seats were even better than I hoped for and exceeded my expectations. So the higher price was completely justified. Overall a great experience!
