"A great team for guardianship, power of attorney etc "

We have used Caritas legal for 10 years and in that time they have set up a trust fund, produced will and twice done guardianship for our son and also power of attorney documentation for my wife and I.
The team area pleasure to work with and are very professional. I would heartily recommend the team.

Terrible service avoid - I used to gain access for my child but they just kept invoicing me for work that I had not instructed them to carry out.
After instructing them repeatedly not to carry out work until I asked they would go ahead and then send me multiple invoices.

"Not a good experience"

Not very impressed with the level of support my son received, from this legal firm, recently. Their Family lawyer, (who has now left), in my opinion, was not very good. My son tried to reach him on a Monday morning, after an upsetting incident on the Sunday, and he didn't reply to him, until the Friday morning. Shocking. Just not impressed at all.

I have found them to be very professional though we have had problems being able to move forward due to a 3rd party they have kept me up to date with any information as they get it. I am still being supported by them but have every confidence that they will now be able to progress with more vigour.

It’s always unfortunate when a relationship ends and things become so strained that there ends up being a complete breakdown in communication especially when children are involved.
