SCAM!! I got a platinum warranty through this company. I spoke with Mitchel Ferrer who wrote up my quote and paid the balance due. When I went to use my plan, I called every number listed for Napa and all you get is a recording that says “your account is not active”. Stay away from this company, unless you like throwing money away.

This company does not deserve one star. The Worse service! I have called and emailed many times with no response. I can’t even cancel my service contract because no one will call me back. My car sit’s in the service garage for several weeks, still no response. Stay away from these guys.

Amazing deal, with monthly payments for 24 months instead of all upfront is reassuring that the company will be there long term. "What a poor experience, nothing positive "
They did warrantee out the brake pads but not the rotors so I am stuck with constant squeaking. They say the squeaking can only come from the brake pads yet Ford mechanic says the rotors have to be motocraft too, not just the pads ( process of deduction) cannot be Napa parts. It’s a performance vehicle and the Napa brakes and rotors were a disaster. So my $600 front brake and rotor job I now $1000. Parts are defective and they won’t put the right parts on the vehicle.
Furthermore, they insinuated that the mechanic I am working with is duping me and lying about parts. Swears up and down that this is happening and kept talking over me; i could not get a word in at all.

"Covered my claim"
The engine in my car kept overheating. I brought the car in to my local Audi dealership to get it looked at. My service advisor at the dealership advised me it was an issue with the water pump and had to be replaced. The claims department at NAPA approved the claim promptly and paid the bill once the repair was done. Thanks to them for their quick service and Jordan Kennedy in the claims department for facilitating an easy process. These guys are awesome.

Got me fully covered on my Harley Davidson, including my tires. Really liked how transparent they were about what's covered, unlike some other companies. Plus the tire coverage was a nice touch
