Very long delivery

"Slow to prepare the pick up"

I normally use the pick up option, as it's easier then having them delivered, as that way I still benefit from the reward system. Normally it's written it will take about an hour for it to be ready. I have done so 4 times, 2 times the pick up confirmation have come within 15 minutes, and 2 times it have taken more than 3 hours. Therefore I can't give a higher rating.

Produktu dažādība. Ātrs serviss. Forša pieeja katram klientam - saņēmu pateicību, ka iepirkos e veikalā - ar roku rakstīts vārds un konfektes, kas ir tiešām jauki. Arī esot veikalā uz vietas (Rīgā) konsultants/pārdevējs ieteica pamēģināt produktu- kuru tagad ari iesaku draugiem.

Reviews on website don't work, and doesn't answer emails, but received the product as I ordered it and it was fast and nice.

EDIT: They answer on e-mails - I sent them a technical bug, delay possibly was due to the time they needed it fix it. :)
