I echo all the positive comments made previously.
My experience with The Natural Posture has been first class.
First of all I ordered the wrong size of the women’s posture support band but without a quibble Sarah sent the correct size which fits perfectly and does a great job.
My shoulders are now in the correct position which consequently also takes care of the diaphragm. Wonderful!
I have since ordered a second one in black so I can alternate.
I have also received the Body Shaper.
When it arrived I felt it was a little slack in places. I sent my measurements to Sarah who recommended a size down and immediately sent the smaller one, a perfect fit.
I cannot praise too highly the top class service I have received from The Natural Posture by Sarah. Thank you so much

"Best brace ever"
Thank you so much. I received it yesterday, Friday the 14th and have
been wearing, as soon as I received it. I am very pleased at the relief it
has given to my back. One thing you might want to do is let customers know
that it is actually 2 belts, the wide solid belt and the mesh belt. when iI
put it on the first time iI only adjusted the wide belt not know that the
mesh belt helps bring more support to the middle of my back.

"Heat Wrap eases the pain"
I purchased the heated neck wrap for pain that I constantly have in my neck. I always try to use natural solutions vs using medication for the pain. About 2 weeks after ordering the wrap, I had not received it. I contacted the company and received an email from Sarah apologizing for the delay. She told me she would have it shipped out immediately and that she would be keeping a constant eye on it until I receive it. I received it a couple of days later. I was very pleased with the customer service Sarah provided. I sent her an email telling her that I am not used to this type of customer service and her quick response. The neck warmer has helped me a lot. I use it every morning for about 45 minutes as soon as I get up and it definitely eases the pain.

I had to return my bracevtwice because the size didn't fit correctly. They provided a return label promptly. Customerc serice is excellent.

I contacted them on Sunday to request a replacement for one and a return for the other. To my surprise, I received an immediate response from an employee named Sarah, even though it was a Sunday. This quick response truly demonstrates how much they care about their customers.
Sarah not only sent me a free replacement but also issued an instant refund for the returned item. However, there was an issue with USPS, as they delivered the replacement to the wrong mailbox—something they've done twice in the past couple of months. Thankfully, I was dealing with a business that truly cares. They promptly sent me another replacement at no cost, arriving within 48 hours.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for Sarah’s professionalism and how she handled this situation. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and it’s rare to come across such dedicated support. I highly recommend The Natural Posture to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service. "I received my product in a timely…"
I received my product in a timely mannar, and because I ordered the wrong size I had to exchange it. The exchange process was easy and I got my brace 3 days after I sent my return. The customer service was outstanding and the tracking of my package was easy and accurate. The back brace itself was just as advertised ...comfortable and I noticed a difference almost immediately. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve their posture. Way to go guys you hit a homerun.

"Two Great Products"
Posture improvement at 86 cannot be accomplished overnight, but I have made significant improvement in @ 8 weeks with the Complete Back Care product. The design, material, and construction are far superior to any similar product I have tested. With Sarah's great help, I just purchased the Premium Back Care product. By removing the shoulder pads, I wore it comfortably and unnoticed under my shirt while making a public presentation. Great products!

"Products, Information, + Customer Service. All in one"
I first ordered from "The Perfect Posture" back in October 2024. I had several items in mind to buy. I had back surgery in early 2024. I researched what seemed like forever. Then I finally came to "The Perfect Posture". Each item had great detail about it. I started out buying 1 item. And I loved it! I had found the place I wanted to shop from! Since then, I have bought a lot of their products. Never disappointed! They don't just sell items, they give you information on all of their products, and tips to help you follow up on your improvement. Their range of products and information to go with each is limitless. Their Customer Service is amazing! I had emailed them to ask a question- I had a response within a couple of hours. Clearly, if you have a question, they are there for you.
