They are all very friendly and willing to help and to understand the residents needs. far from standing around waiting to be instructed they take the initiative to ask what they can do to help and what else needs to be done. They are trained and experienced in moving and handling which is a huge advantage to us as a team. Even the nurses I have worked with come and help with personal care which is such a rarity these days.
